i think you dont need any software to install them. they are already windows compatible.. but if still you are facing the problem then download the driver from http://driverscollection.com/?H=QuickCam%20Express&By=Logitech
and also try downloading some video recording softwares.

Visit the Logitech website and browse the photo gallery for your model and click on the photo to navigate to the support page.
Note - Older models on page 2 - look for the link at the bottom right of page 1 and click on it "Still can't find your product?"

In addition to the Logitech installer you will need to run the support software - Microsoft DirectX . This comes pre-loaded on most Windows computers but has to be updated - I am currently on version 11
To start the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click Start, click Run, type dxdiag in the Open box, and then click OK.

Procedure to re-install Logitech software
Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software
Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer
Restart computer
Download the Installation package from Logitech
Run the installer and choose your options during the installation - You may not want Logitech Chat but the Desktop icon for the webcam toolbar is a must.
Connect your webcam when prompted.

you should install properly the software, plug-out first the logitech webcam and after restart your system, install your webcam.

I can't be for sure working with the information you have given I belive you to have a Logitech Quick cam messanger model no V-UAP9 and product no 861170-0000
