It appears that F1-1 is the touch pad for the Maytag Gemini. Is it the same for all models?

I have the same problem with my stove but I do have auto select for the lower stove as well as keep warm for the upper,is there a reset button?

This is a bad touch pad on this unit. You normally have to replace the touch pads when you replace the sensors.

You said, It was working fine last night but when you woke up this morning the display has 3 vertical lines and none of the electronic touch pads work. The burners on top of the stove still work.

What is the model number and how old is the range ?

Try turning the breaker off for 10 minutes and then on again after this allotted time.
This may reset the system.

turn off the circuit breaker for a minute or two -- or unplug the range.

Just unplug it and plug it back in. It will reset it.

try un plugging the unit for a day, see if the unit would reset by itself. look in the owners manual for a reset procedure if it has. otherwise replace the electronic module. or it could be a touch pad problem. the touch pad is like a switch for the module to understand the command.
