Tha cartridge is half full but the chip is end.Try to change only the toner chip.Your reset the toner chip only using reset software for your Samsung model.

Pl do something as follows (1) Change Toner IC Chip (90%), (2) Check the toner Cartridge. If it wont be done, pl let me know.

You have to purchase genuine toner catridge from toshiba dealer . after purchasing the toner
1) Open the front toor
2) Toner catridge is there on above of the drum unit, there will be lock for toner catridge cover on the machine, it needs to be opened
3)Rotate the toner catridge in clock wise and pull the catridge ,it will come out
4)Insert the new catridge and rotate clockwise at a time it will get enhance with toner motor
5) close the toner cat cover, front door, TURN ON the machine it will get rotate for few seconds (adding toner) then it will becomes ready

Change the power transformer!

Open up the document feeder and clean the scanner glass. If the streak is larger than 1/4 " wide, you have a bad scanner block.

By opening the front cover the toner/drum unit should be exposed. You can take it out simply by taking a grip on the black/grey area in the middle and lifting it up- and outwards. It is clicked into the machine, so it doesn't just slide out, it could require some effort.

Are you using third party toner, or OEM? Toner cart has small chip on it that the machine reads and is being told not OEM toner

tha minolta di3510 developer unit looks the same as the unit for the konica minolta bizhub 350 but the toner sensor in the minolta unit uses a different voltage range for the toner sensor and it will throw this code make sure you have the correct unit for this machine also you can try this
go back into tech rep mode and change these settings:
select tech rep choice mode
select printer tab
select atdc sensor gain
set the value to about 165
then back all the way out to the ready screen and power the machine off then back on and replenish toner in the user management screen.

1- could be the lamp is not coming on
2-is there a lot of toner in the machine?
