Hello, There various causes for for the same symptom. So more information in needed. I need the model, and how you are trying to connect wired or wireless? If you connect to the modem directly, have internet? If yes, You can see the administrative page of the router (ex. if your gateway is 192.168.1.1, you enter this number on the browser to access the router). And how is connected the cables on the back of the router.
