Try going to the makers web site . they should have all the parts needed for your blenders repair. That's the first thing I do when I or my wife buys something. The manufacture always has repair parts online. you might also check around for a appliance repair shop they carrie or can order the parts as well. If it's an O ring you might be able to pick up the part at an automotive parts store just don't tell them it's for a blinder till you see if the part works. It worked for me in Germany you'd be surprised how meany parts cross over form one to the other.

Well the mal-function can be due to numerous reasons. You need to choke out each possibility one by one.
Loose Connections ( Check for all the connections to the circuitry and motor). Bad Starter Button ( Check for the button switching using a Multi meter). Bad Motor Winding (Motor bushes or winding can be the bottle neck).
Check for the quoted possibilities and you'll soon find one good reason for the mal-function.. Feel free to ask anything regarding the trouble.
