PC not recognizing Tomtom

Anyone have an answer on trying to get my PC to recognize my Tomtom? I plugged into the USB port (yes, it's working - I plugged my iPod into the port and it worked fine) but it still will not recognize it. I have already tried every USB port and installed the software.

Yes, I have the base plugged into power as well.

Greetings....

Please try to check if your USB port both rear and front USB port are not defective. Most common problem of defective usb ports are when plug your usb devices it won't recognize the device you inserted. So to make sure that your USB Ports are not the main cause why your computer won't recognize devices you inserted.

Computer wont recognize the microphone on the turtle beach x4

Can you try using the X1 mic on your PC? Green plug to green jack, pink plug to pink jack, USB plug to USB port. Talk into the X1 mic. Can you hear your voice? If yes, then you probably have a bad chat-controller cable. If no, then your X1 mic may not be working. If that's the problem, you should contact Turtle Beach tech support for help. [email protected].

Pleomax 6gb USB Drive No Longer Recognized by My Computers

It's either the USB port, the drive electronics itself, or the USB cable.

First I'd try a different USB cable.
