Please , check the in/out connections to your unit , also the speakers output and the devices selector on the front panel . Make sure the power is on and the speakers are not out of order .

either your volume button get damaged or the software gets corrupted in your phone.. change the volume button and format the phone.this willl fix your phone..
The volume buttons on the side of the phone are sticking. My up volume button seemed fine, but someone told me to keep pushing it and the button will release. Sure enough, the volume controls started to work. I played with both the up and down buttons some more and the button below started working. A few more minutes monkeying around with the volume buttons and now all the buttons work.
Try the setup program. When you get to the main setup screen, look for a reset all to standard setting. That may solve the problem. If it doesn't then the sound module may need to be replaced inside the TV.
