Samsung SCX-4623 F/X When Scanning there are black lines top to bottom on paper also when faxing
If you are getting lines on the faxes you send it means that the glass of the scanner is dirty. Best method to clean the glass is rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth. The alcohol will remove adhesives and white out better than glass cleaner. You may need to look closely because a small amount of adhesive will distort the scans and cause lines and may not be obvious unless inspected very carefully.

SCX-4216F could receive fax, but didn't print out faxes. Can anybody help me with this?

Get a can of air, open the unit and blow it out.
Also, clean the glass.

the blcak line that runs from top to bottom is due to a dirty misaligned print head...do a full printer maintenance on your printer/scanner . Once the heads and rollers get clean and the printer is aligned, it should get rid of any black streaks or lines. I own a Brother Printer/scanner and it did the same thing to me, as soon as I ran maintenance on it..it fixed the black straks and lines I had on my prints.
