Looked through lots of manuals on line and can't find this particular controller. Tried the Mode button and got to see test/exit, service word but cant move on with arrows of any other button to see other modes.
Look like you talking about your t stat what kind of t stat if Honeywell need to know the typeof tstat

on the reset switch there should be a temp. cut out take a temp. reading and see if it is realy getting as hot as the switch is rated for maybe the switch is bad

Okay... I hope I get all of the questions for you....
First....no the filter can be anywhere in the system....but are you using s liquid line filter or a suction line filter....often you will use a liquid line filter and in that case the arrow would be pointing away from the condenser as the liquid is flowing from the condenser...
Next... pressure test the line set with the nitrogen with the service valves closed. Also pull the vacuum with the valves closed....break the vacuum with nitrogen and then pull the vacuum again....then break the vacuum with R-410a refrigerant before opening the service valves....
Then check your temperatures and pressures to see if more refrigerant is required... make sure that you have normal outdoor and indoor temps when checking the pressures and adjusting the charge.

try to open the front panel, then look for the reset button inside the electronic board, then press it once. You will see all the LED lit randomly then press the test button. i hope this would help thanks.
