You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!

Imbalance error. Cause : The load is to small, the appliance is tilted, laundry is gathered to one side, non distributed things are put into the drum.

did you take the hoses off both sides of the pump. turn the pump impeller to make sure it turns free. at radio shack you can get a meter for $15.00 to check for power to the pump if it's getting power and it spins free by hand replace it. if no power during drain time it's a bad wire to it or bad control board
