I take it that you mean to say Bluetooth not wireless as to unpair the phone is needed to delete the pairing from that end
the phone is needed to wipe the pairing code from it untill the code is wiped from the phone it is capable of connecting to your skull candy headphones but you would need to be within 10-20meters for that to happen
pair the phone with another bluetooth phone by putting the same code on other bluetooth mobile setexample 0000 or 1234 or any one else but this code must be put on the other set also for pairing 0000 on mobile 1 ----------pairing----------------0000 on mobile 2 (sucessfully paired) 0000 on mobile 1------------pairing---------------1234 on mobile 2(error can't be paired)
It is very posible that it is not connecting, reason being: compatibility. U should get a bluetooth headset that is compatible to both ur phones n pair it, that should solve ur problem. For example I can use any of BH320, BH200, BH600 on my Nokia 6120c n other bluetooth headsets I tried wont b accepted. U can try them n c. Good luck.
There isn't really a way to fix it if that happened. Lucky you, though, you have Skull Candies! Skull Candy has a lifetime replacement program that will replace your headphones for free if you say you broke them from an accident or just from eventual wear and tear. If they were broken from obvious aggressive use, Skull Candy will still give you 50% off a replacement pair.
Requesting replacements is easy. You just answer a few questions about them, such as around when did you buy them and a short explanation of what happened, then they will send you a special box. You mail them the box back with your headphones in them, and they will send you the replacement pair!
They probably could be repaired, but it would require stripping of the wire and connecting the correct wires back together.
In other words, you would be better off buying a new pair.
This is very common with Skull Candy headphones as the jacks are very poorly made. I went through 4 pairs of them within 4 months. Unless you want to buy a new pair every month, buy a reliable brand (Sony, Panasonic, etc.). You can however get them replaced with the same product by visiting: http://ca.skullcandy.com/warranty-information.html Hope this helps
