Why is my emerson winne cooler buzzing all of a sudden

Something solid jamming the impeller, motor/pump seized, start winding open circuit but most likely defective start capacitor.

You need a new fill relay.

check the fuse housing and make sure it is setup for your local voltage(120/240)

Things that are not broken: The big relay that powers the compressor often hums or buzzes when the unit is running. Several brands of heat pumps keep their reversing valve "on" any time the thermostat is set for "cool". They buzz, too.

If something really is loose, the only way to fix it is to look at the machine and take off panels until you find what is buzzing.

First, if the buzzing came in gradually, I would suspect the filter caps. If it started suddenly and goes up and down with volume control, I would think it is in signal path - maybe the dsp board.
