I have an irulu 7" tablet that I got for Christmas. So far the tablet is working, however the keyboard case does not work when plugged into the USB port at the top of the tablet. It is my understanding that, if I had an OTG adapter my keyboard would work. My tablet didn't come with one so I bought one. Its still not working. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The OTG adapter is not guaranteed to work with all tablets, or peripherals. It has to be enabled by the manufacturer. having said that, If the supplied keyboard doesn't work directly, then It sounds like the tablet, or keyboard, is busted.

I don't have one of these but the keyboard should plug directly into the tablet. The OTG adapter is used to attach USB storage like a flash memory stick. Have you tried charging the keyboard?

Just a wild guess; You could also check in Android settings - Language and input - keyboard... plug in the keyboard and you might see an option to use an external keyboard (but that's just a guess)

Not sure on you particular model but most tablets have 2 mini USB ports one has a power supply and the other is just an I.O port .

Try your keyboard in the other port if you have one and it should work. If not it may be faulty.

Might consider going to the iRulu site (irulu.com) and asking the folks there. It might be in the user manual which can be downloaded from https://www.irulu.com/download-center-new

Received an Irulu tablet for Christmas have no idea where it was bought and need to know warranty information

All of the paperwork should have been included in the box it came in. There is also a way to find out where it was purchased by going straight to the manufacturers website and talking with someone.
Simply could ask the person who bought the gift for a "gift recepit" that way you can prove it was bought not stolen, and get the warrante online.

I bought my grand daughter a tablet for Christmas and she changed the lock pattern and doesn't remeber it! Can you help us unlock it?

Keep trying the unlock pattern. Once it rejects you it will ask you to sign in to your google account. If you don't have a google account type "null" in the user name line and "0000" for the password. I was locked out of my android phone and used this to get past the unlock pattern and back in to my phone.
