E9 is defective temperature control. You'll need to replace the thermostat

Water inlet valve is not working properly. either not letting water through the valve the first time and now it is sticking open and letting water over fill. Replace water inlet valve.

Check the water supply line for ice maker and clean it from congestion(s)

Hello - I am happy to assist you. However, could the error could possibly be an E9? If so, E9 on an All Refrigerator typically indicates a shorted thermistor.
