How do I fix my stove? None of the radiant elements are working.

Does the element have continuity? if so, it will be the element switch that needs replacement... Generally, the radiant element will be held on by two screws and a steel plate, note the wiring before removing the old part. LG Range Surface Element Won Work

The circuit breaker outside in the power panel for the stove has a bad breaker. It will be two breakers with their handles joined together by a pin so if one tripe it takes the other so 220 V is no longer present. When one, but not the other trips you only have 110 V. That's why the lights and clock still work but no heating elements.

Check out the element,wires and the switch

The "SE" error code indicates that there is a shorted key on the keypad. The unit will require servicing.

unplug the unit and gain access to the wiring connection for all 4 elements(plates). remove the wiring from the element that will not shut off. while making sure none of the unconnected wires do not touch any metal or another wire, and plug in power cord. if the 3 non-working elements get hot then replace the none working control knob

Element Receptacle and Wire Kit

If a surface element won't work, there may be a problem in the element receptacle. The surface element plugs onto a terminal block type receptacle. Over time the terminals in the receptacle can have a bad connection and overheat. Look at the receptacle contacts with a flashlight. If the terminals look burnt you will need to replace the element receptacle. also make sure the element prongs are clean and not burnt. If the prongs are burnt bad the element will need to be replaced also.
