How can I fix data error in IR271/ Ir2010

Whenever I experience data error with my photocopier machine, this is what I do.
1. unscrew the machine from the back panel removing all the plastic casing.
2. Get a blower and a dusting brush and clean all the dust particles and tonner that has fallen on the circuit board.
3. brush off the dust particles from the sensors and use a blower to blow off the dust.
4. Perform an indepth cleaning.
5. Re-assemble all the parts that was taken off.
6. Power on the machine. I hope this will work.

How to clean electronic equipment

Unplug any cables or power cords from the electronic equipment before working on them. Remove any component cables leading to other devices.

2 Wipe down the electronic equipment with a soft damp cloth starting at the top of the device and working downwards. Wipe away any accumulated dust, lint or dander.

3 Use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol on a soft cloth to remove fingerprints from any CDs or DVDs. Work from the center of the media outwards. Do not rub too hard or in a circular motion.

4 Clean a LCD television or computer monitor screen by wiping a damp cloth gently across the screen once all power is disconnected. Wipe down the ventilation area to remove any dust. Clean the base with the same cloth.

5 Open a computer case by removing the screws that hold the side in place. Blow dust and debris from the interior with a can of compressed air. Start at the power supply and blow through the rear ventilation fan. Paper wont feed

If what you experiencing that the printer attempts feed paper but fails, then try this:-

This is sort of scenario is usually caused by dust inside the printer. Dust has a way of preventing the sensors from detecting paper. Also it prevents the rollers from having a firm grip on the paper while picking paper. I will suggest you get a long handle brush and try to reach as far inside the printer as possible and brush (from the back and front). If you have a blower you may also use it to blow well into the interior of the printer (If you do not have a blower the brushing will still do if you do it well.) This, if properly done should do it. Brush especially the rollers etc.

The printer won't print, it's trying to pick up the paper inside

Pull out the paper tray, at the front of the tray, there's a translucent roller in the middle. Remove the roller and clean out any waste paper dust inside & wipe clean the roller before putting it back.
