Popping ,crackling noise from tv

My Mitsubishi model #WS48313 is making the above stated noise. How can I fix this?

It sound like the flyback has a open up it's cracked are has a hole in it.

The speakers are making a crackling noise that is not effected by the volume

Check the speakers first. If the voice coil of the speaker has any fault, the speaker should be replaced. Connect an other speaker in place of present one, and see whether the crackling sound occurs with it too. If yes, the audio output board to your TV have the fault, and it should be replaced.

Your speakers need replacing or you could turn down the volume till it stops and use it like that if it's not too quiet.

Error code 22 on a Mitsubishi WS-55907 55'' HDTV

your set is the V17 series so a code 22 means short protect. Which means the TV has a short circuit condition and is shutting down to prevent further damage. You can get a manual for the V17 sereis at the following link for 15.99 and they will provide free unlimited support to help you with the diagnosis and locating parts. 2002 65" Mitsu TV with crackling sounds/sudden onset.

Check wiring lead dress==if someone sloppy was in it prior to you,the audio circuit wiring may be picking up some noise. 2)Or,you should check the hi-voltage jumper wire between xformer and hv divider block.It may be arcing.If so,replace the block and the hv jumper.
