I bought the Mini DPF but have no software

I want to install DPFmate v3.8.2.9 but cant find a site for easy download.
Help please!

NO, WHY WOULD IT>?
BUT DO ASK THE MAKER THIS.
just learn to backup photos.
from the old PC , is the old PC dead>? not told
nor its model number or makers name.

used software back with old Win98, then new computer to Win XP, downloaded update for 2.5 to work with XP.

google finds that and more, it is hard hard subject and odd
that old then, not at all common.
warning
if you download an use Dpfmate from googled sites
all those are infected. vast. tread lightly or doom happens.
no CHROME OS mostly does not run windows apps.

I can't find the cord needed to download photos to my DPF -0802 can I get a replacement ?

Go to any place that sell cables ( Best Buy, Staples etc) and ask for a
USB to Mini USB cable ... about $10

Hi, Just bought a digital photo frame. Connected via USB but do not find the software being loaded or the Drive being detected. DPFMate software is not found with the item purchased.

Do you have a card in the photo frame??? most do not have internal memeory and you need to install a separate card for it to have memeory and be recognized...

here is a tip for cameras that may help... the photo frames are very similar...

There is a very easy way to download those pictures to your PC.

i hope you meant pdf in that case

please download and install a pdf reader,
open the pdf file using this software and print it.

I cant get pictures on my digital photo keychain...when i connect the USB it ask me if I want to open it in windows (its the only program offered) so when i click on it it opens a white box with 5...

Make sure you are signed in your computer as administrator.

And please describe the box again.

Same problem. Install process hangs up with "USB CONNECT" on the screen but no software download.

DPFMate Software not available

After powerup hold down power button (just a second or two then release) to get to the menu go to usb connect press arrow and select yes. you should be able to explore your Digital Photo Frame (D.P.F.)as a usb storage device double click on DPFmate.exe It should startup manually then.
