Hi
The I-Rocks hub is a USB hub and needs no drivers for Windows XP or later, as they are included in Windows and loaded as necessary when the hub is plugged into the computer.
If you are having problems, I suggest you go here:
http://www.manualshelf.com/download/i-rocks/ir-4650/0AlBUfl5HfUV--3rO8rt4zmuK8o/technology-rapid-usb-31-port-hub-quick-installation-guide.pdf

and save the full manual to your computer. There is a troubleshooting section in particular which may help you.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

The i rocks 3230 webcam driver off the main site is corrupted where else can i find it?

Try downloading the driver on another computer, and copying the software to a USB memory-stick, and then insert the memory-stick into your computer.

If that does not work, you need to contact the "webmaster" for the web-site, and ask them to investigate the corruption.

I-rocks IR-4300 4-Port USB Hub doesnt work

You shouldn't need a driver for it, Windows has bundled native drivers that will be enough to make it work.
Does anything else work in the port you plug the hub into?

Driver

I'm a little embarrassed to say that the fix was easy. It just took me a long time to figure out. It turns out that even though the item was brand new the USB cord included was bad. When I replaced it with one I had on another item it worked fine. Thanks for the email.
