SOURCE: Whirlpool Top Mount Refridgerator is Leaking
the problem lies behind the freezer back wall panel, remove the panel, the ground (green) wire on the top left corner and the icemaker
all the ice build up under the evaperator will have to be removed, a good hair drier works well, direct the air at the center hole in the bottom of the metal panel all the ice out of the center hole will need to be melted out to be a success it will take a little time. you can pour some water down the hole and if you hear it going into the bottom drain pan then the tube is clear of ice.
You should fine a drain line just below the freezer level in the back. The drain line is more than likely plugged. Check the loop seal down by the drain pan under the back of the refrigerator. It may be restricted at that point. It may require a complete defrost of the freezer to clear the ice formed in the drain from a back-up.

First question would be is your ice machine leaking? If so then disable the ice machine until we can find the cause of leaks and repair them. Is the freezer freezing well? Food compartment temps OK?. Let me know and I will work to help you resolve this. Sea Breeze sea [email protected]

SOURCE: water pools under the crisper drawers and looks as
Mine clogs with a soft fungus mat but rust actually sounds better. I run a stiff wire like an unwound hanger into the hole and open it up so the water will drain onto the tray made to collect this water underneath the fridge. Last time I left the wire in place with a long handle and I haven't had water to mess with for many months now. My hole is between the two crisper drawers and when I get into either of them the wire gets a jiggle and I guess that's all it takes to keep the hole clear so the water can drain like it's supposed to.
Otherwise the fungus builds and builds until it sluffs off as a wad and plugs up the works on a regular basis. Too funky for sure.

There is ice buildup in the drain and maybe under the seperator. Remove the back panel in the freezer and the botom floor of the freezer and remove the ice. Be careful of the styrofoam ducts. Eric
