I believe that this is a high-temperature error. so, you might need to move the printer to a cooler room or lower the temperature of the room that the printer is in.
gravity reset. seriously, hold it about 9" off the floor and drop it evenly. repeat if not fixed. this was in an oki tech bulletin. there is a ribbon cable deep inside that comes unseated. unless you want to take the ENTIRE printer apart perform the steps above. :)

It is more than likely that you have an incompatible toner fitted to the drum unit. Either a generic cartridge or b430 or b440 cartridge which is not compatible with b410's. Beyond that it may be a faulty drum unit. Hope this helps.
If you have not fixed this by now, I have the fix. Turn the printer on, hit the following keys on your printer: down arrow, *, #, ok, 1, ok After that, hit the down arrow until you see T>Printer and then hit ok. Next turn off the printer, count to 5, and then turn back on. Repeat the first step, but in place of the number one, insert the number 0. These were the steps given to me by the oki customer service and it fixed my printer. If you have problems, the number is 800-654-3282.
