I kept putting the right Verification Code in. its not helping i tried my gmail for Verification Code that yahoo sent it to me. for my Verification Code.i put it in the right,still not helping. i don't have them two old phone number no more. i need help! why i can not get into my yahoo mail?

try it on a different web browser, like firefox, or safari, or ie 6 (which can be run concurrently with 7 or 8). This should get you in. If its an old account preferences could be playing havoc with your current browser. And yes, you can get safari for pc.

The problem is due to cookies.
Every time you sign in on a page a cookie gets set in your browser so the website knows it's you he's talking to. This way if some other person from another computer tries to access the same URL they won't be able because they don't have the cookie set on, thus they can't identify as being you.
This is the reason for which you can't access the email - you should first sign in using their sign in page so that they are able to set your cookie.

also make sure you have cookies enabled in yoru browser settings!
