Ok. To remove a virus, use some verified software that can be downloaded open source (free!) at no cost. Just download the software, then click scan. Here are my list of recommended software + price (Search on Google):
PC Doctor (Free version free, paid version more protection)
AVG Antivirus (Same with PC Doctor)
Avast! Antivirus (Paid)
Symantec (Paid)
Norton Antivirus (Paid)
1. If you paid by credit card or bank deposit, send a copy of your bank statement, which will show the payment.
2. If you paid by PayPal, the payment should appear in payment history on your account.
3. If you paid by Western Union, only the seller can mark it as paid and you don't have any power over it.
