SOURCE: Grinding noise in the left
grinding on front wheel is caused by 2 things.
a bad or loose wheel bearing,or worn out brakes, have them both checked
You might also want to check the level of fluid in the power steering
reservoir - low or lack of fluid will also cause a noise (although more of a
whining than a grinding).

If it's a growling noise,it's probably a wheel bearing.If it's a clicking noise,it's likely a cv joint,good luck,

SOURCE: loud grinding noise; new brakes and new tires
some of the brake material used will make that sound on toyota's and lexus.you need to try a differant type of brake pad.should help.
SOURCE: Vibration/Humming/Grinding noises when stopping or turning left.
when turning left vehicle distributes weight to right front wheel bearing causing load. since u describe a noise in right front while driving straight i would suspect failed right front wheel bearing. see if your noise changes/goes away while turning right that should tell u 4 sure

if power steering fluid is bubbly, means that its sucking air somewhere before(sucking side) (or on) power steering pump. that would explain the noise. Check (when cold) fluid level. if level is low, top up before starting the car. had a lot of cars that high preasure hose was leacking fluid on restricting valve. if so, fluid comes out on the end of protecting cover of the hose. (driver side on spark plugs and down the engine). replace hose with original. do not try to make it your self, becouse steering wheel will shake, sinse restracting valve is missing.
But if you press brake pedal, that has nothing to do with it.
