I have filled the tank like it says to. when Idle it says (DREGDRAW. MISS.)

The Primea do not have a float, it have a magnet and inside the machine there are a printed circuit card, this send a signal to the powerboard.

Although it may be a different problem completely, most of these failures are caused by a thermal fuse that has opened. They are positioned close to the heating element and serve to prevent fires in case the control of the heater element fails. Unfortunately, they often fail for no reason at all (except being poorly made in China) and are welded into the circuit (solder melts at too low of a temperature) making them nearly impossible to replace at home.

it sounds like you need to go into the programing mode. in there you can set the machine so it grinds when you select coffee. at the moment it is pregrinding this is so you can make lots of coffees 1 after the other

Just try to pour some hot water out from the steam wand after some seconds the veltilate massage will go out.
