with all the new updates it doesn't appear at the top of the screen now as an independent icon, it shows as a missed call & a voice mail in notifications, you can acces it direct from there or when u go into the phone section if you flick left to right past speed dial there is a devoted section for voice mails, that shows each 1 individually & who left it, just click on the 1 you want to play, listen & delete or keep, you no longer have to dial the voice mail.
Contact your Service Customer Supporter by dialling your respective Service Company Customer Care(Airtel/Aircel/etc..) or Contact your nearby dealer. Actually its a problem which is related to your sim.

Its in the main menu.
just tap the bottom of the screen and drag upwards.
Near the bottom of the icon list is "Voice Dialling"
Tap it and say "Call" then whom-ever you wish to call.

Out of 10 tries to get it to work on my phone only ONCE did it manage to
select the correct app or contact.
I gave up and used phone book instead. It's quicker.
In order to send a message between handsets you must have a message key programmed, to do this follow the instructions on the video upload, the shortcode is MSG. Please be aware that this is not Voice Mail, programmable messages for individual handsets are also available by dialling 48 + 01-09 , 48+00 clears the message off the screen.
