The problem is the screen does not work.How it is caused? I don't know. But if you tried to reset the phone and it won't come back with something on the screen the defect still can be caused by different things. Like a defect on the main board, a bad flat cable or a bad connection.
I'm not sure you can remove the battery, but if you can, please remove it for a little while. then after reinserting it switch the phone on again and look if it works.
If not, I'm afraid you have to start saving for a new phone, because repair could cost more than a new phone.

Try a different battery on your phone and try this battery elsewhere to ruleout a bad battery (yours). Your battery could be dead.
