How do I get missing parts from an order from Amazon

If it's for a return: log into amazon click on Your orders(far right of list under search bar) Find the item you wish to return and it will give instructions on how to return it and address to use.

Please contact Amazon, we have no parts sold here.

To request a password reset:

1. Go to Forgot Your Password.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Follow the instructions in the e-mail sent to the e-mail address on your account. Note: If you created your account with a mobile phone number, you'll receive an SMS message with instructions instead of an e-mail.

Dear Cora,

Check to see if the wireless is on for your Kindle - press Menu and select 'Turn wireless on' at the top of the list.

If it is already on, you will have to check your Amazon account online and check if your order was fulfilled. If these 4 books are not showing among your orders, order them again. If they are, click on 'Help' at the top of the page and then click on the orange button at right marked as 'Contact us' and send them an e-mail informing them of the fact.
