Canon copier ir2016 and the print page is white or no image just blank page displayed

This sounds very much like you might have snapped one of the corotron wires...these are very thin wires that apply a charge to the surface of the drum.
they run from the front to the back of the machine just under where the drum cartridge is.the paper passes over it ...you should see a little channel where it should be.

Moisture in paper may cause your copier to jam. To eliminate this problem always reseal the paper package if you don't use the entire ****.Once you have a paper jam, make sure you clear the jammed paper properly.

most times eoo1 can be reset in service mode if there is no damage to fixing unit. 1) Enter service mode.
Press the operation panel user mode key, 2 key, 8 key and user mode key in this order.
2) scroll to "clear" and press ok then scroll to "err" and press ok.

if that does not work you can go back into service mode as above and instead of scrolling to "err" scroll to "all" and press ok. power off then on. doing this will clear settings service techs might have made but i've done quite a few and had no probs

It is either the drum unit or developer unit or transfer roller. if your counter is 150 000 copies change dev unit and transfere roller.

E019 usually means the waste toner is full. The waste toner is, I believe, in the drum, so you'll need a new drum. The drum appears to be under the front cover. You might want to call your service rep. if you are not comfortable doing this yourself.
