I have turned it off ,unpluged it, reset it to factory i am not sure what it could be
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. KV-32HS510 and KV-27HS420, seven times blink error code shows problem in Horizontal deflection circuit.
There are many possibilities like dry solder joints, weak capacitors, Horizontal transistor short or flyback transformer fried etc.
If you have little experience of TV repair and good solder skills and have necessary tools to test / check defective parts, then you can make it. you also need to have related service manual to see board location, schematics and part numbers.

this is the (OVP) over voltage protection,the unit goes into standby mode,there is a problem in power supply circuit,you need a ohm meter ,check T603 & R672.......you can get parts at Encompass Disturbution #1-800-638-3328 hope this helps.good luck
