How do I replace ignition coil on my 2011 Kia Rio 1.6l?

When you disconnected the battery, you broke the links in the key and transponder for the security system. As a result, the ECM is withholding a spark to the ignition. Number 1 tip when changing batteries is to maintain power to the system with a battery charger, jump leads or a couple of lengths of wire.

You need to replace belt with a new one. You probably will have better results if you take to have repaired, rather than DIY.
You will need to call shops in your area for prices.

Need to remove the oil pressure sensor and install a mechanical gauge to read actual pressure. If the pressure is ok you have a bad sensor or a wiring issue

You can if the coil will last the week. If the coil gives up the ghost, you stop, until you replace the coil.

Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
