I think there is a language problem here. Can you provide a clearer description of the problem you are having with the tablet? Is it not turning on? Is it not displaying the start screen? Did you try resetting the tablet?
"Wordpad" comes with Windows, and cannot be installed on most tablets. What OS does your tablet run? Android? There are word processing apps for Android.
Even though the app icon disappeared the app is still on your phone and that's why the app store won't reload it. Go into setting and then applications and delete what is left of the program, then the app store should let you reload it.
If the screen is blurry it may be bad, return it to the store where you bought it, and get another. If you have a camera on each side, it's usually selected in the settings of the camera or webcam software.
