My iphone4 got very slow, every action takes forever, what can I do?

Do you mean the video takes ages to load and then plays a bit then stops - then plays a bit more than stops?

If you do the problem could be your flash player. You might need to update your Adobe flash player. It's free, just search for Adobe flash player online.
Once that is done if it still does it then you might not have sufficent memory on your computer or a memory problem. Another reason could be slow broadband. Faults on your phone line can cause problems that you might only notice when downloading video, which takes a lot of memory. Your broadband provider might have capped your download speed. Check out one of those broadband speed testers on the internet to see what you are getting.
The faster your proccessor on your computer the more quickly the videos will load. If your computer is doing several actions at once that will slow the speed down. So you can stop them by closing programs that are running.

First I would uninstall, then install again, and log-in. This may solve your problem

Well first of all you may try running the dryer with the vent hose removed. A slow vent will cause what you're describing. Then you'll need to look at the cycling thermostat. That is the part that tells the timer to advance. It sends a signal to the timer when the proper temp is achieved in the drum. Means when the element cycles off the timer motor moves a little bit. When it cools down and the element comes back on the timer stops. This action takes place when you're using one of the auto cycles.
If you have a slow vent it can cause the high limit thermostat to do the cycling. Please let us know for further help or information.....

Youtube, Netflix) are restricted by the performance of your Network connection and the Data transfer rates allowed by the information provider and any local controlling softwares (such as Netlimiter & Firewalls)..

Make sure it is plugged directly into a USD port on your PC. DO NOT plug these into USB hubs as this can cause problems with the pc recognizing the device or not being able to see it all together. Also make sure that you are using the USB cord that came with the unit.

It's the phone and the Iden network. The phone is the most basic of basic phones which is super slow and the IDEN network is only 800mhz it's super slow...

Try turning the flash off. You can also prefocus and meter the exposure by pressing the shutter release button halfway. Hold it there until the right moment, then press it down the rest of the way.

Could be the thermostat but also heating core partially corroded or plugged slowing down circulation.

that doesn't sound good i would most defanitly call microsoft 18004myxbox and tell them, they should be able to replace your faulty xbox,
