Treadmill wont start no error code

If the console lights up, but the treadmill won't start, the motor controller could be damaged. Loose wires under the motor hood or in the console can cause your treadmill not to start. Remove the screws and lift off the motor hood. Look around for any obvious damage, burns, loose or broken wires. The problem does not seem related to a blown fuse. But check your warranty first before opening something.

F63 sole treadmill, low speed error when inclined

If the calibration does not pass you may need to check the speed sensoralignment. You must understand the instruction for calibration is under the hood for motor.
1) Remove the motor cover hood by loosening the 4 screws that hold it inplace (you do not need toremove them completely).2) The speed sensor is located on the left side of the frame, right nextto the front roller pulley (thepulley will have a belt around it that also goes to the motor). Thespeed sensor is small and blackwith a wire connected to it.3) Make sure the sensor is as close as possible to the pulley withouttouching it. You will see a magneton the face of the pulley; make sure the sensor is aligned with themagnet. There is a screw thatholds the sensor in place that needs to be loosened to adjust thesensor. Re-tighten the screw whenfinished.

2) if the problem persist you must Test the main motor for open, ground 3) the main control board faulty. See the block diagram that I did as person like you that understand that 90% of functions the main motor controller board has effect.

1. Power
o 1 Ensurethat the treadmill is plugged into a grounded outlet using the correct surgesuppressor. Use a UL 1449 suppressor listed as a transient voltage surgesuppressor (TVSS). It must be rated for 15 amps and 120 volts AC. Secure theservices of an electrician if the outlet is not grounded, or move the Proformtreadmill near a grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord. o 2 Insertthe safety key fully into the display. Treadmills with keys are designed not toturn on without the safety key in place. o 3 Findthe circuit breaker on the front of the frame and make sure it is not tripped. The circuit breaker is a vertical switch on the 540S and a horizontal switch onthe 540 Interactive Trainer. Press it to the "Reset" position, whichwill be labeled.2. ReedSwitch
o 1 Unplugthe treadmill and remove the safety key. o 2 Movethe upright base of the treadmill down with the help of another person and liftthe uprights so that you can get to the underside of the console. Use aPhillips screwdriver with at least a 5-inch shaft to remove the screws. Thereare five hood screws on the 540 Interactive trainer and four screws on the540S. o 3 Removethe motor hood to get to the small reed switch by pivoting the hood off theframe. Find the reed switch and magnet, which are on the left side of thepulley for both models. o 4 Turnthe pulley with your hand until the reed switch aligns with the magnet. Thereshould be 1/8-inch gap between the two. Fix the distance so that it is 1/8 inchby loosening the reed switch screw and sliding it to the correct distance. Tightenthe screw. o 5 Reversethe directions to put the hood back on and the treadmill upright in theoriginal position.Sincerely. God bless you.

Our machine display show the following masage MOTOR CONTROLLER COMM DRD

two possible issues
one, unplug treadmill remove hood and make sure the main power connector to the motor control box is in properly then turn treadmill back on this has worked for me before
two , you have blown the overload resistor on the motor control board (mcb) to check this unplug treadmill and remove the steel motor control box from under the hood remove the motor control board from inside the box and inspect it for damage and /or electrical burn smell
if you find damage you will need to get it repaired contact glide fitness products in santa ana california 1866 637 4600 for all information including shipping . it cost $200 plus shipping which is a deal since a new one is $1000,i have many repaired by them
a common issue for the overload to blow is friction between the belt and deck board . if you have an auto waxer , the waxer nozzle is usually plugged . the nozzle should be cleaned once a month
contact glide for their non clogging wax to resolve this issue
good luck

If you lift your treadmill deck up, you will find 2 screws underneath, on the side, towards the front. remove them and that should do the trick.

My smoothfitness 5.25 treadmill is stuck in the

Unplug your unit take the motor shroud off and you will see a circuit board (Motor Control Board) their should be L E D s on the board. Now plug your unit in and you will see these light up if you have a second pair of hands that can help you have them press you incline controls.

You should see one of these L E D s light up followed with a click of a relay this activate the incline motor some of these boards will have a 3 amp fuse to protect the board from damage , if you see a open fuse replace it with the same exact fuse. If it blows again either you have a shorted armature winding or the worm screw is frozen. I would call Smooth Fitness, depending wiether this was made by either Sports Art Fitness or Keys Finess they will direct you to theproper parties.
