From each phone hit speaker dial 42 than the voicemail pilot number. could be 200 depends on system programmer. your busy forward no answer is not setup.

If there are new voicemail messages, likely you will hear "stutter tone" followed by dial tone when you raise or use the handset. If you don't hear stutter tone, then likely messages in your provider voice mail service have been marked read and therefor no new voicemail indicator.
If you cleared voice mail indication on your RS 43-325 phone, voicemail indicators will remain off until the next new voice mail message is recieved.
Maybe the answering machine is set to pick up at say"5 rings" and the voice mail is set to pickup at "4 rings" . Change the voicemail setting to a higher setting than the answering machine. That may be the problem.
You could go into your voice mail and press the prompts to set up your PIN. Voice mail will get you into your settings usually. Try long pressing the number 1 to access your voice mail.
If you already know how to access your voicemail, try using the last four digits of your phone number as your initial PIN. That is the way most phones used to be set up. If that works, then you can create a another PIN to your liking and no longer have to use the last four digits of your phone number.
It sounds like you recently switched phones. Even though the phone may not have been set up with VM yet, your network is sending the VM notification to it. You should be able to "Reset Voicemail Count" however I can't tell you where to find it because I don't know the model. Please let me know if I can help more.

Hi, make sure that the phone is set to go to Voice Mail, 601 *** ( Voice Mail number) forwards all calls, 602***(Voice Mail no.) is to forward callers to Voice Mail when that extension is busy or unanswered. Sounds like your picking up the handset then pressing the voice mail key, thereby transferring the line to voice mail when you hang up. try pressing the voice mail key before you pick up the hand set.
call your phone and once the voice mail picks up hit rhe pound symbol you will have to look up what your phones default voice mail code is but after that you can set a code and check you voicemail using any phone
you have to ring voice mail and change the greeting though there just pick nuber 2 when the operator says it and it will delete your voice mail and have the standard one back
