Tabley? You mean Tablet? You may not be able to. I would try to add your "tabley?" to the home network, and then add your printer to the network, and then try to add the printer from the network, to the tablet. If not, email what you want to print to yourself, and do it from your computer. I'm not sure you can do it from a phone either, they're really not for any real work, just for conversations, email, and facebook type junk.

go into address book create user and an email folder add email address and then in protect tab choose sender

you will have to create an E-mail account for the printer in your mail server, then configure that email/password on the printer's SMTP configuration through the web browser or the printers panel.
once done, add email to the printers address book and start sending scans via email to employees.

Hello connie_durha, Thank you for the clarification. Try the following:

1. Type the ip address into your web browser and press enter.
2. A printer information page will appear for your Sharp printer.
3. There should be a section for email (it might be labeled "sender").
4. A login box may popup- login name is admin / password is Sharp
5. Once you are in click "add."
6. Fill in the required boxes and optional if necessary.
7. Once everything is filled in click "submit."
8. Your email address should now be added to the printer.

Hi, you can add email addresses one of two ways:

1. Directly from the copier: Press the User Tools button and then go into System Settings. Under the Admin Tools tab, there is a button for Address Book Management (you might have to scroll down to find it). If you go into the Address Book you can select New Program to add a new email address (and add any other information for that address that you want, such as authentication info or a display name). Just make sure to save the address before exiting out.

2. From your computer: You can add email addresses from your computer by opening your web browser and typing in the copier's IP address. The Ricoh Web Image Monitor will appear. It may or may not ask you to log in -- if it does, use whatever username and password you set up. There should be an option for the Address Book on the main page, or you might have to hunt for it, but once you find it you can add new addresses easily.

If you have a lot of email addresses to add, it will probably be a lot easier to do it from your computer than from the copier. Hope that helps!

U can store all the users emails on address books. Then when u want to perform scan to email, just press the email button on the particular to add, re-press again to remove.

1)add your email address to address book from the copier.
2)assign forwarding func at the add func mode ,validate the func .
3)then your fax will direct to your email account.Good luck.

here's how to add contact to the address book:

1. press FUNCTION key
2. select FAX/EMAIL SETTINGS icon
3. select ADDRESS BOOK
4. select ADD EMAIL ADDRESS
5. input your email address
6. input your name
7. select ok
8. input a key name
9. you can choose if you want to add it to favorites or not
10. press stop key to return to idle state

If you are just adding your PC to the network first go to control panel click network set-up wizard.
to add your PC to print add printer from the control panel and look for the network printer. last you want to scan go the internet web browser input the ip address of the scanner or copier click public or administrator enter password 12345678 and click scan tab and add your PC host name or your email address if scan to email.

After you scan your pictures, save your pictures to your computer. after that you can open your email add. Click compose message to your email add and then click attached files then browse the pictures and upload it. After that you may send your email add to your own email add and also to another email add.
