its a simple but delicate process. take the battery door off and the battery out and begin with the screws in the back of the phone always work back to front. after that with a flat screwdriver split the outer shell of the phone off this will allow you to view the board of the phone with all your data and information. Remember BE CAREFULL there should be one or two flex cables connected by little snap connectors. Undo those very carefully if any of those get damaged the phone may not function right after its back together again. Make sure everything is disconnected and pull the board up and off the the side. Often on Slider Phones there is another flex cable on the underside of the board that must be carefully romoved as well. now its time to simply take all the screws you see out they will all be varied in size most of the time so try to remember where each one came from and not just throw them all together in a cup. Now that all the screws are out try to find a spot in between the front shell of the phone and the back half. Wedge the screwdriver in and pry it apart again be carefull for connecting cables we dont want to damage one and make more work out of this. now that that is apart you can see the back of the lcd or the screen of the phone slowly and gently pry that out its usually very glued in but that does not mean you need to push harder just take it slow and easy dont want to crack the screen. Now you can see all the parts out and individually and can easily diagnose the problem its either the screen itself or one of those conector cables.
