On ur model soap and softener can drip down on door hinge on inside of front panel of unit. It 'rusts' the hinge and causes it to be hard to pivot. That also puts extra pressure on the door lock mechanism and sometimes misaligns the closing. The hinge double pivots. Sometimes taking front off and lubricating the hinge will free it.
Details on how to change the fridge door opening side depend on the appliance model. If this is a chest unit, you will simply need to rotate the unit. On most upright units the general
procedure to change door opening orientation is more or less the one
ilustrated below:
Disconnect power from the appliance.
Get to the top side of the unit, and remove the hinge plate. This is usually held by two Torx
or Philips screws. You may need to help yourself with a putty knife to
remove a protective panel covering the plate. Be careful not to damage
any part.
Remove top hinge and put it on one side.
After removing the plate you may need to remove the plastic clip located at the top on the handle side of the door, oppositely to the old hinge side. Use the putty knife to pry up and remove the plastic clip.
Open the door and lift it from the lower hinge pivot. On many fridges
you will have to remove the bottom hinge too, often held by two screws,
and covered with a proective pane, to free the door before removing it
Carefully place the door on the floor.
Remove protective panels on top and bottom on handle side of the frige
cavity, reinstall the hinges on handle side position, swapping them
with the protective panels.
Remove the door pivot and mount it on the opposite side.
On the door disassemble and refit handle or any other part if needed.
The
precise and complete procedure is usually illustrated on the appliance user manual. If you
need manual or schematics, try asking a new Fixya question. Ensure that you are providing full model number, as
printed on service tag.
To get more detailed info you can also try calling the appliance manufacturer at the number listed on the owners manual.
you didnt specify unit-- generic answer --sounds like your in lock out on most units if you disconnect power to unit for a few 5+ minutes and reconnect dont try to start but reset the unit then try starting
Check the ignition timing is correct. I see that you have changed the wires so I suggest that you recheck the firing order for the plugs as it is easy to get it wrong when replacing the leads.
I have the 1990 model and just so happened to stumble on its unusual location today as I was replacing the door hinges. On the passenger side open the door and look above the step, there should be a little plastic cap with the wiper icon on it. hope this helps!
there is a lock for each hinge lay the door down with hinges facing up.take a towel pull long piece of hinge toward you(BE CAREFUL) take other piece up and lock them together do the same to the other hinge it should then go on easy next time lock before taking off .These are the instruction on how to remove and replace the door, be sure you locate the removal pins to being able to put it back This [link] http://tinyurl.com/kogjg3 should help you out.[link] http://tinyurl.com/mzgjtq is added to the hold the hinge in place on the self clean doors. The screw and bracket have to be removed to remove the door and hinges. The metal clip bracket has to be reinstalled once the door is put back on. To reinstall the [link] http://tinyurl.com/mszglp just do the opposite, start the hinge blade in the receiver, lift slightly on the door and with your knees push the door and hinges back into place. One thing most people forget about these hinges is that there is a clip that must be moved to hold the upper (A) and lower (B) parts of the hinge together. Once the door is put back on, the clip must be put back in the rest position. To reinstall the door, put the door at a 80degree angle to the range front, push in the larger upper hinge parts first and then lower in the smaller hinge parts, push the clips forward into the rest position and close the door. On this [link] http://tinyurl.com/lg76wg one common problem is the hinge will sometimes "pop" forward against the range instead of staying still while you reinstall the door onto the hinges. If this happens, use a screw driver at the marked spot to help hold the [Link] http://tinyurl.com/kren2c so you can start the door onto the hinge, them remove the screwdriver to finish installing the door. I hope it helped.
Definitely DO NOT start the car...drain the oil pan, replace the plug, and refill with the proper amount of oil. Start the car and run until the engine temp is at the normal range for at least 15 minutes. Then drain the oil, change the filter, and refill with fresh oil.
grab hold of arm at bottom and the bend it down a bit from the top ,also try putting a drop of engine oil on the hinge at the bottom .or be like me and dont take car out in the rain.well not my jag anyway
You are doing nothing wrong. The nozzles are clogged. Try taking a clean syringe and put your finger on one of the magenta (red) refill holes. Fill the syringe with air. Put it on the second magenta refill hole and blow the air inside. That should force out the ink that has dried and that is not letting the new ink come out. You might have to do that several times. Sometimes, it can help. If that doesn't work, go to a refill shop, they should be able to clean the print nozzles on your cartridge, no need to buy new ones.
Did you stich into the ink inlet within the cart holder with a syringe for pressing some air into the tubes? Never do that! Because you have dissolve the bottom of the cart holder or drilled a hole into the bottom.
The cart holder leaks and the poured out ink has already stained the whole machine!
The bottom of the cart holder is a foil which has been sticked onto the hard plastic (clever , eh?). This also happens due to the use of a wrong refill ink or wrong generic carts the wrong mixture dissolves the foil and ink runs out into the machine....
