This, my friends, is a very popular problem. It is caused by someone
else in your company pressing the Message button on their phone while you are calling them or they are calling you. We
strongly recommend to our customers that
no one presses the Message button under
any circumstances. To access your voice mailbox,
always dial the Automated Attendant access code assigned by your installer - usually 165 (although on our systems it is "62" or the letters "MB" for MailBox).
You need to dial the Message Waiting Lamp feature code and dial "0" for the extension number. The code itself varies from system installation to system installation, but the most likely numbers are *70 and 70.
