How do I find someone who can supply me with Uniworld mixer parts.

Electric devices get damaged sometimes by internal corrosion even if you don't use them. If you have the technical knowledge, take apart the control board or control panel, probably you've got some contact problem. you might be able repair it by cleaning or maybe you might need some part to replace.
If you don't have real knowledge repairing this kind of an appliance, my best advice: take it to a repair service.
Some time ago I tried to do a similar job with my home mixer and had to take pieces in a shoebox to a repair service ; I took it apart, cleaned contacts bur couldn't assemble it againbecause after taking it apat, couldn't assemble it again

Still have the problem with this mixer not turning on? LEt me know if you have checked the breaker and the cord (Check for a loose or disconnected plug end -- Should have the 3 Prong ground attached. This is often the case, but then the 2nd problem is that one of the SAFETY Switches is not engaged, not allowing the mixer to be turned on -- it's a matter of checking each of these symptoms systematically to know for sure. Check your manual that came with it. There's usually a customer service number. Things like that usually must be ordered dirctly from the manufacturer.

Hi. Hobart no longer makes or sells parts for the C-100 model. It's considered obsolete.

Your best bet is to locate a used restaurant equipment supply place and ask around. Sometimes these places keep old mixers for parts. Another option is to do a search on eBay, as there are several sellers that deal in obsolete parts. Failing that, a local electrician may be able to fabricate a new one or adapt some some other type of switch.

With a unit as old as this, it's important to maintain a good re-greasing schedule (once every five years), and your mixer will keep on delivering the goods for years to come.

There is a great guy on Gerrard street in Toronto, who can fix mixer grinders and has parts also like breaker/reset switch etc.
