Washer is stuck with on light flashing, but it won't spin, rinse, anything. I've unplugged it completely for over 20 minutes. the electronics won't reset like it says in the manual. Nothing will cause

Unplugged entire unit for over 20 minutes three times. Turned washing knob to "off" setting. Opened and closed door repeatedly. removed all clothing. Turned back on and left it sitting for an hour. Nothing will turn it off (except unplugging) or reset it.

    Hi Brad and thanks - the above is the make and model. I unplugged again, and this time when I plugged it back in, I held in the start button. It appears to have reset the machine, and now the machine will perform every function except for spin - it just won't spin at all.

    In fact, it's gone through a small wash cycle, and it's now on spin, and it's just sitting there not spinning. Not clicking, not draining, not spinning. Nothing. With the spin light on.

The usual clean filter leading to pump anything stuck there will cause the machine to stop is the machine a dial type or elettronic processed if is manual and pump is clean it could be the dialler in wich case not an economical repair also check belt to the motor.hope this helps

For the Elite (HE) machines:

Press 'STOP' twice, press 'POWER', choose a wash cycle (such as 'NORMAL'), select wash options (water temp), press 'START' to finish the reset sequence.

Other Kemore electronic washers:

Unplug the machine for a minute, plug it in. Press 'PAUSE/CANCEL' twice.

Try reseting the machine.Unplug power for 60 seconds.
Plug back in,then turn knob to reset.Then try another load of wash or finish the one that is stuck before rince cycle.

It is possible the control timer is going bad.

LG tromm washer stuck in rinse cycle
  • I had the same issue of being stuck in rinse and timer stuck at 20 min. Mine was a water flow problem, at the back of the washer where you hook up the water there is a small in line screen to stop debris from water supply. I removed them, they were clogged, cleaned them up, works great!!!
