The words "red and blue lights", "paired", "connect" and "beeps" make me believe that your headphones are Bluetooth-enabled. However, I never heard of a TV that is Bluetooth-enabled. Therefore, I do not think that you will be able to pair, nor connect your headphones to your TV. If you want to listen to your TV wirelessly, you will have to use regular (not Bluetooth) wireless headphones, which consist of two pieces: the headphones and a transmitter that connects to the audio output(s) of your TV and transmits the sound from your TV to the headphones wirelessly.

SOURCE: Headphones has red light

Hello, I believe I just figured out the solution to this problem. I was experiencing the same thing, and as I was just showing my friend the problem I noticed that the green light came on after I turned on the music on my computer.

So, after removing the headphones from the base, the green light will come on only if there is sound playing from the computer (It takes a few seconds to turn on). It seems like they should have mentioned this somewhere in the manual...

SOURCE: Sound quality/ connection to tv/ audio problems

The sound quality from an HDtv could very well be better than from a lesser-quality TV. The sound from the headphones can only be as good as the signal that feeds it.

SOURCE: Bose Headphones only works on left side.

Have same problem. Play with the plug in the socket. I'll bet it you can occasionally get both working. Not a solution since it probably won't stay working. I have an old plug and it fails too. I'm afraid they did't make their plugs to the right tolerances. Used to work once. Annoying for this expensive a headphone.

My headset will not get out of pairing mode. The blue light stays on. The only other color I see is red when I shut it off.

Make your phone (I'm assuming) forget the S-9 and search for Bluetooth devices again. It will find it again, but it won't be paired. Press whatever button on your phone that makes it connect and it should work. I've been searching for answers and racking my brain. Finally, I just tried this and it worked! What a relief...

I get blue/ red light instead of red/blue wen m pairing wid my iphone

Try resetting the headset: When plugging in the AC charger, hold the power/pair button down. The headphones will show a solid red or blue light when they have been successfully reset.

Good luck from Headsets Direct - 800-914-7996.

Lg lcd tv 37lc2d no headphones socket - how do i connect headphones?

You can purchase a cable to connect to the Audio Out ports on the back of the TV. It will have 2 RCA connectors on one side that plugs into the TV and a 1/4" stereo jack on the other end that you will connect your headphones to. You could even pickup a pair of wireless headphones... they will have a volume control on them! I hope this helps.

It sounds like your device may be paired with a Bluetooth headset. Try turning off bluetooth connectivity and see if that fixes the issue.

I have Logitech wireless headphones for my Ipod, and I can't get them to work. When I press the on button on both pieces, it goes solid red and not blue.

Visit the Logitech support website and find the instructions to reset and pair them. Since yours is for an Ipod I'm assuming you have the older white/grey model and not the freepulse headphones. The procedure is not the same. From memory the procedure it to reset both (look for the small hole to insert a paperclip). Once both are reset begin with the transmitter. Hold the power button down for about 30 seconds until the light flashes red and blue. When it does do the same for the button of the headphone until it flashes red and blue. When both are flashing red and blue they should pair together and the lights should turn solid blue..

Free Pulse

The following procedure will re-establish the communication link between the Headphones and the Wireless adapter, this is called "pairing". Before you start please make sure both the headphones and the wireless adapter are fully charged and turned off.
Note: The headphones and the wireless adapter come pre-paired from the factory.
1. Press and hold the power button on the headphones. See Figure 1.

Figure 1

2. Continue to hold the button down until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating pattern. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 2.

3. Once the headphones LED is flashing red/blue, press and hold the power button on the wireless adapter. See Figure 3.

Figure 3
4. Hold down the button until the LED starts flashing red/blue in an alternating patter. The LED will blink blue, then turn off for a few seconds then blink red/blue. Release the button when the LED starts flashing red/blue. See Figure 4.
receiver-flash.gif
Figure 4
5. Once both the headphones LED and the adapter LED is blinking red/blue, press the volume up button once on the headphones. See Figure 5.
headphone-volumeup.jpg
Figure 5
Once the headphones is paired with the adapter, the LED on the headphones will blink blue once every two seconds. See Figure 6.
headphone-flash2.gif
Figure 6
When the adapter is paired the LED will be solid blue. See Figure 7.
receiversolid.jpg
Figure 7
The adapter may continue to blink red/blue for a few seconds even after the headphones LED starting blinking blue. This is normal; the adapter may take a few additional seconds before the LED turn solid blue.
Once the headphones and the adapter are paired, it is not necessary to pair them again even if the batteries on both units are completely drained.
Additional Note: Repeated pairing will not improve the sound quality or give the headphones and the adapter a cleaner connection.
