When I text another IPhone they do not receive the text. When I text another brand of smart phone they do get the text. What have I done?

If you open the Settings app on your iPhone, select Messages, and set the iMessage slider to the off position, you will no longer send or receive iMessages on the iPhone. However, depending on your situation, you may end up not receiving text messages from iPhone users. Additionally, if you have multiple Apple devices, the iMessages will still be delivered to your other devices. This is usually not desirable because you want messages sent to your phone number to be delivered to your iPhone.

Find the contact card for your friend on your phone. If the label for their iPhone says anything else than "iPhone", touch the label and change it to "iPhone".

First, try resetting the phone, press the Home button and Power button simultaneously until the screen goes blank. If you don't see the Apple logo, press the power button to turn the phone on. Have your friend try texting you. If it still doesn't receive the text, try removing the SIM card and reinserting it. Try another test. One last measure is to go into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If none of these work, you will have to contact your carrier as SMS is a carrier specific service.

Here's what you do. on your Iphone, go to settings then go to imessages and turn off imessages. after turning it off, put your sim back to your samsung. You will now get your messages. Hope it helps.

IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE AND ITUNE -- the easiest way that i can think of is for you to use a usb drive on your ps3 and save all the pictures you want on to it.
Connect the usb drive to your computer and bring the photos into your itunes
sync your iphone with the new pictures in your itunes and you should be done.
if you have one of the other smart phones on the market see if you can use yahoo messenger or some other texting app that supports sending pictures. Once you get the text messeging app on your phone get the photos into your pc like i describe above. now use yahoo messenger to send you a pic message to your phone. Some smart phones allow you to save the pictures onto your phones if thats not an option you could try taking pictures of each one of your photos thats on the ps3 with your phone
