I fix laptops and I use www.unlockbiosrecovery.com to give me the bios master password for $20 and they guarantee it to work. They have not let me down yet. The bios master password clears the set bios password.
Hi there, You can reset the bios password fairly easy. You will need to unplug the laptop from power and remove the battery pack. Then you will need to turn it around and you will see a cover plate. Remove the plarte and inside you will see a little flat battery. Just remove it and replace after 2-3 mins. Then close up and replace battery and restart. Should have cleared the bios.

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.
