These arms spin based on water pressure generated from the washer itself.

Run the washer. As soon as the washer is full of water and the wash cycle starts, open the door and verify that you have at least a couple inches of water in the machine. If there is not enough water in the machine, the pump will not be able to provide pressure. If this is the case, the filling sensor is malfunctioning and will need to be checked.

There's a pump that provides water pressure. It's at the bottom of the machine beneath the lower rotating arm, probably beneath additional plastics. Remove these two items and verify that there is no debris blocking water from reaching the pump as if this is the case, water pressure cannot be generated.

Good luck... let me know what happens, and please rate accordingly.

My dishwasher does not clean all of the equipment within, i have noticed that the top and bottom water rotary spray arms do not spin when machine is on.

Check that the arm outlet jets at the trailing end of the arms are not blocked with food particles and other solid matter. This often happens and the arm is unable to turn because the water jet that is supposed to drive the arm does not have the force to rotate it.

Bottom sprayer does not clean or work, all items on bottom are the same as put in. Top is fine. runs through whole cycle.2 hr 29 min

Check the free rotation of the spray arm. If arm jets are clogged clean them.

After placing the dishes see to it that, the arm is freely rotating without any obstacles.

Bottom spray arm not rotating

The arm usually will stop rotateing because there is a obstuction in the arm itself you will need to remove the arm normally unclips (older machine used to scew off)When you have the arm out check all hole top and bottom and open any that are blocked rinse out arm and replace give it a wash and see if there is any improovement, let me know.

Not cleaning at all - most dishes end up being washed by hand afterwards

Hi there!

You've done the basics, so we'll treat it as a fault due to wear.

When running, do you hear the spray arms rotating - about twice a second?

If the water is actually reaching the dishes, bur the arms are not rotating, you may need replacement spray arms.

If the water is not even reaching the dishes with any force, The circulation pump may be faulty and needs replacement.

Hope this helps you.

No water from top and bottom arm

I'm not familiar with that exact unit. However, all dishwashers use a solenoid valve and pump to either send the water to the drain or to the arms. If the water drains, the pump is good. Check the solenoid valve. It may be jammed (toothpicks and food particles are wonderful) or burned out. If the valve is good and working, your timer is a suspect.
