EPA regulations: Freon 22 units are no longer available, Units that are compatible are available They come pre charged with nitrogen It must be dumped. If there is freon in the old system it should be pumped down into the condenser unit before the inside unit is removed, Close the high side king valve and run the unit until the low pressure reads near O Close the low pressure king valve. and turn unit off. 410A freon units are readily available. Most if not all 2 ton air handlers will work with any outside 2 ton unit though some building codes will not allow a mix. Their reason: if something fails who is to blame:

SOURCE: We have a new outside ms24wn and have access to the gas but need an inside blower unit for it.

Might try finding an appliance shop near you who maybe able to find parts or refer you to where you may find them.

No outside temp in de display only - - -in thedisplay i see the room temp. No outside temp. I have checked the outside transmitter end i see the red flash.

my unit tells me to insert fresh batteries into the outside sending unit first. then insert new batteries into the inside receiving unit. after the outside temperature shows up, then can reset my inside unit's time, choose F or C and
switch channels. please try changing channels if your
outside temp doesn't show. you can do both units in the house then put one outside after they work properly.

We have a new outside ms24wn and have access to the gas but need an inside blower unit for it.

The unit does not blow cold air any more. Inside is sometimes hotter than outside. will be 85 inside but 80 outside. Have thoroughly cleaned filters, but no change. "comp" light is on

Hi, The compressor has gone bad and it will cost more to replace it then the unit is worth... buy another unit and buy anything BUT an Amcor unit... they are junk!!

Room is warm 86 deg. unit runs, discharge temp is near 70 deg. unit runs for a while, will not bring room temp down.outside unit shuts off, i turn unit off, 1 hour and restart, it does the same.

The unit has a leak and is low on charge (freon) Find and fix leak, then vacuum and recharge...Leak is probably in flare fittings behind unit...

Mitsubishi dxk09z3-s compressor doesnt fire up at all, cant check gas level. tried to force it on still nothing

it would have nothing to do with the gas. how old is it? it could be a few different things. the compressor is gone. the outside board is gone . or the wires from the board to compressor.. how did u try to force it on?

U-line 75 WC makes a screeching noise on and off during the day. What can I do to make it stop?

You may have one or two fans on the unit. One normally next to the compressor and one in the evaporator With the unit running listen if the noise is comming from inside or outside. Outside is easy, spray Q20 onto the motor and run untill you are able to buy a new one and replace. If inside, defrost a few hours then remove inside panel and locate the evaporator motor. Spray motor shaft liberally then motor will quieten down. Replace when possible.

Mine worked like a charm for two seasons and now not

sounds like it has lost low voltage, check transformer if separated from main board if not then maybe board itself is defective

I have a Dimplex Q-RAD electric radiator (QRAD050E) and it doesn't heat up, despite factory reset, and checking all programme settings. Is this merely down to one component? Using factory reset, the boost will work, and then it may heat up once during programme setting. But then it flashes red on the display with error code 30, or 41.
