My phone went coimpletly blank can i reset it

You have to fear it is defect. Visit a phone store and ask them. If it is under waranty bring it back. I hope you did make backups.

Not sure if this is useful but double check that your charger connection to the Garmin is actually clean. I've had to clean the contacts for both my 405 and my 610 in order to make sure there was a solid electrical connection. Have you tried resetting it?

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation.

open you 1120E IP phone and you will see a small power back inside. replace that power pack and it should be ok

I think the your screen may have given up due to long use or due to miosture. This may be fixed by changing the LCD sreen from your mobile's authorized dealer.

You need to reset the phone or update the software. Either way, back up your data first!

Hi Dan, Yes it is a very nice system, but like any device it is sensitive to electrical storms and power fluctuations. A surge or sag (AC power going up or down), can cause the sensitive digital chips to get damaged, and from my experience if you have tried resetting the unit, and your msg lites continue to flicker and the LCD is blank, it has some serious damage and needs repair or replacement.
