Try a hard reset. Disconnect your Android TV Box power cord from the back of the device. Press and hold the reset button by inserting a paper clip or toothpick into the pin-hole (don't let go) RESET BUTTON IS INSIDE THE AV PORT. While pressing the reset button, reconnect the power cord to the Android TV Box

Hisense 55" H9EPLUS stuck on boot screen with "android" text after boot animation. TV panel has only a power button. Does anyone know factory reset instructions or special key sequence on remote?

Hi,

I searched, and the manual for this model is useless for this problem (the "factory reset" option is in one of the inside menus, which you won't be able to see.

I can't promise this will work, but in most Android devices that I've worked with, there is a two-button combo. With the device turned off, simultaneously press and hold the "volume-up" and the "On" buttons, which would turn it on and boot in basic mode, which in turns allows a hard factory reset in the options.

Best of luck,

Charlie.
