You can reset this by the following procedures.
1. "Off" the copier then press "Start" and "6" keys at the same time.
2. "On" the copier while doing step 1. Wait til you see the display panel change then press "2" key, then "Start" .
3. It will show list of the PM items. Reset the counters then restart the copier..

You have to have the USB stick to enable the scan.
It locates on the right side near the back of the machine.
They make , print dongles, Scan dongles and print scan dongles. But that USB device enables scan.

YOU HAVE TO DO THE PM TO MACHINE. HOWEVER YOU CAN DO THIS STEPS TOO:
1.- TURNS ON THE COPIER HOLDING 08 KEYS
2.- ENTER 251 CODE AND PRESS START KEY
3.- ERASES THE NUMBER THAT SHOW AND PUT 0
