It uses an AC adapter. You can visit:

This is where I am getting the AC parts for my 201.
Good luck!
SOURCE: Cybex Recumbent bike has been pre-set to not exceed 30 minutes
This is from the owner's manual from a slightly different Cybex bike, but will probably be the same for yours. From the dormant mode (waiting for a user), enter Clear-7-5-0-Enter
Pause/End will reset to factory default (hold down for three seconds)
Level keys scroll forward or back in menu
Menu item 7 is "Max Time," set it to OFF
SOURCE: missing power cord/adaptor
You just need to go to Radio shack, and get a DC9V Adapter at 500mA and the correct polarity of (-) on the outside and (+) in the center. Original was a AHEAD AC Adapter Model ADB-0900500
Good Luck
SOURCE: schwinn 201 recumbent bike makes clicking noise
Check the tightness of the crank bearings, also the crank fastening nuts (on axle) If its the gears you may have to turn the screws on the rear derailleur to adjust the tracking. The same as the front. Your question is kind of vague so its hard to pinpoint the clicking noise. Could even be a stone in the tire??lol
SOURCE: proform gr 80 recumbent exercise bike cant get the
The GR80 uses for type D batteries. The battery compartment is on the bottom of the console, look for the D-shaped battery door, press the tab located towards the front side of the console and open the door. Careful, the batteries may fall down if you open the door - type Ds are heavy enough to be felt when they fall on your feet.
